Sydney and Collingwood to play at Narrandera

Sydney Swans and Collingwood will contest the NAB Regional Challenge match under lights at Narrandera Sportsground on Friday 9th March at 7pm. Admission charges are noted below. No cars can enter the ground. The Showground will be openned for parking.

Organisers are now expecting a massive crowd to attend. Predictions between 8 and 10,000 people. The ground record for an AFL match was set way back in 1959 when 12,000 people attended the South West District League Grandfinal.

The ground record was set in 1962 when over 14,000 people packed the ground for the Group 20 Rugby League Grandfinal.

Given fine weather and the huge following of both clubs could push the AFL record.
Sydney and Collingwood have advised the media that they will be sending a full strenth teams to Narrandera.

Adult Admission $14.00 ea
Children (under 14) $2.00 ea
Student/Pensioners $8.00 ea
Family tickets (2 x Adults and 2 x Children) $28.00
There are also a limited number of Grandstand Tickets available at $5.00ea.
